Responsibilities:
·
Collaborate effectively as a team, following management
directions and assigned responsibilities outlined in the Fund's action plan.
·
Ensure ongoing communication with partner organizations aligned
with fund policies.
·
Initiate contact with prospective organizations, fostering
collaboration to broaden the fund's initiatives.
·
Secure funding from both domestic and international donors,
engage in project participation, seek technical support, and submit funding
requests as necessary.
·
Coordinate public awareness initiatives for the Fund.
·
Create various presentations and materials for both public and
outbound communication.
·
Assist in preparing activity reports and disseminating
information about Fund activities.
·
Aid in activities for monitoring and evaluating project
progress.
·
Assisting in developing internal operational documents, reports,
project proposals, project selection guidelines, tender selection materials,
and related documents for the Fund.
·
Contributing to the creation of information, content, and press
releases for the Fund's website and social media platforms.
·
Conducting public information and capacity-building training
sessions and events at both national and local levels.
·
Oversight of public events, forums, discussions, and related
activities.
·
Assisting in the execution of additional large-scale projects
undertaken by the Fund, including potential management and coordination duties
as required.
·
Managing social media accounts.
·
Undertaking various internal tasks as assigned.
You will be expected to demonstrate the following essential skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in
business management, economics, sustainability, environmental study or any
other related field.
At least 2 years of work experience in a related field.
Ability to oversee
multiple complex tasks and projects requiring tight timeframes, including the
ability to multi-task and operate under time pressure and competing priorities.
Excellent English and
Mongolian writing and communication skills.
Research and Analytical
skills would be valuable.
A demonstrable interest
and passion for environment and sustainability.
Knowledge/experience in
project management would be an asset.
